Listed below is the Form Subordination Agreement along with BPCA’s instructions. Please read the instructions carefully. Please note that we require four (4) originals of the Subordination Agreement and that you are responsible for securing signatures from ALL PARTIES (the Board, the Mortgagee and the Unit Owner) at least three (3) business days before closing, except BPCA as we will provide our signatures at closing.
