BPC STREET CLOSURES AND TRANSPORTATION CHANGES DURING PAPAL VISIT

The Pope’s visit to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum will take place on Friday, September 25, 2015 from approximately 11:30AM through 12:30PM.

TRANSPORTATION CHANGES: The M9, M20 and M22 bus routes will curtail service short of Battery Park City late Friday morning at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center site. The M9 and M22 will terminate near City Hall, while the M20 will travel southbound on Broadway and northbound on Church Street.

The Downtown Connection bus service will operate between Fulton Street and Liberty Street only – normal service is expected to resume in the early afternoon.

STREET CLOSURES (for detailed map, click here)

Vesey St. and Albany St. will be open to passenger vehicles and pedestrians until the Pope arrives around 11:30AM.

Liberty St. will be closed from 12:01am until 3pm.

West Street will remain open to passenger vehicles until approximately 11:30am.
