BPCA MARKS INTERNATIONAL HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE DAY

Commemorating the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, poems will appear on sidewalks and plazas in Battery Park City when it rains.

In conjunction with The Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust and its Auschwitz: Not Long Ago. Not Far Away. Exhibition, these Raining Poetry installations feature poems by Miklós Radnóti, Primo Levi, and Charlotte Delbo — poets who were interned in concentration camps during the Holocaust.
