Community Day is a celebration of Battery Park City and features lawn games, pizza and other refreshments, prizes plus full access to all the Community Center’s offerings. Attendees can swim in the half-sized Olympic pool, play basketball, workout in the weight room, play pickup basketball or compete in the free throw and three point shot contests. There will be 20 minute fitness classes including yoga, total body boxing workout, tai chi, core fitness and Masala Banghra dance fitness. Admission is free.

Those wishing to go for a swim should bring their own lock and towel.
