Start your day at the tranquil Lily Pond, balancing your mind, body, and spirit during instructor guided meditation. This renowned practice lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and strengthens the immune system.
- Program is first come, first served for up to 12 adult participants.
- Masks and contact information required upon arrival.
- Spatial parameters will be set. Participants must remain 6 ft apart for the duration of the program.
All programs will be held in accordance with New York State reopening guidance.
