An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday and Friday, repeating until April 28, 2017
Join a community of adults and senior for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. The instructor-led classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Train in a friendly environment doing a workout that will keep you healthy and active!
Free event. Meets Mondays and Fridays until April 28th.
