An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating until April 25, 2022

Strengthen the whole body from warm-up to cool-down with a variety of fun exercises. The instructor will lead you in aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment: weights, water bottle, hand towel, etc. Proof of vaccination is required.
