An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating until October 31, 2022

Strengthen the whole body from warm-up to cool-down with various fun exercises. The instructor will lead you in rhythmic movement and aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Come join the group and workout to great music! No program on 5/30, 6/20, 7/4, 9/5, and 10/10.
