DROP-IN CHESS

Children learn to reflect through the experience of stories. Join us as we explore excellent works of illustrated children’s literature that bring us together in the here and now. Singing and dancing included! No program on 9/5, and 10/10.

A lunch time program for passersby to play a quick game of chess or backgammon. Using clocks, opponents will play 5 minute games that are fast, furious and fun. An instructor will be on hand to offer pointers and tips to improve your game. 

Drop by the Community Room and join seniors from the greater BPC area for conversation,  and informal card and board games. Make new friends and catch up with neighbors.
Adults of all ages are welcome to play Mah Jongg. Some Mah Jongg cards will be available, or bring your own. For more information email: 200rector@bpca.ny.gov.

Our fantastic roster of Stories & Songs performers lead families with little ones in rocking sing-a-longs! This week we are joined by illustrator and children's musician Key Wilde.

Singer/songwriter Terre Roche leads this weekly singing program with the beautiful backdrop of the setting sun in NY Harbor. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned crooner, the singing circle is perfect for mellow melodies and healthy harmonizing. No program on 5/27.

Giulietta e Romeo composed by Riccardo Zandonai, will be presented in 3 acts of love, passion, and tragedy.
