Join a presentation and talk led by Alveole beekeepers at the Battery Park City hive located at the Chambers St. entrance to Rockefeller Park. Learn about the importance of urban beekeeping and its benefit to sustainability efforts in BPC and throughout the city.
What birds live in your backyard? Join us to learn the basics of bird watching in this fun outing for beginners, hobbyists, and lifelong birders alike. Together, we will explore the parks of BPC, and see what makes this spot a hang-out for resident urban birds and marvelous migrators! Binoculars and field guides provided, or bring your own.
