Mah Jongg Lessons

Learn to play this popular game of skill, strategy, and luck that is enjoyed around the world. Mah Jongg is a fun way to meet people, sharpen the mind, and exercise memory. An experienced instructor will offer free lessons to novices and players of all levels. Lessons will begin January 31st and continue on Tuesdays going forward from 2-4PM at 200 Rector Place in the Community Room. Click into the event to RSVP.

CHESS LESSONS FOR CHILDREN

Classes designed for children to experience chess at their level: Beginners (Pawns), for kids to learn how the pieces move, intermediate (Knights), where kids who know how the pieces move learn strategy and tactics, and advanced (Rooks), for kids with experience. ART TALK: BPCA ART SPECIALISTS

Join us for an intimate talk with BPCA art educators who will share antidotes from their many seasons teaching in Battery Park City. They will discuss the current exhibition and what techniques they use to encourage artistic expression with class participants as well as how they find inspiration for their own work.
