Strengthen the whole body from warm-up to cool-down with various fun exercises. The instructor will lead you in rhythmic movement and aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Come join the group and workout to great music!
Kickstart your afternoon with flag football! Practice the basics of passing, receiving, and game strategy with fun and challenging exercises and drills for all levels. Meet new friends while engaging in skill-building sessions focused on balance, coordination, movement and awareness. Closed-toe shoes required.

Practice the skills required to operate a rod and reel and experience the thrill of catch-and-release fishing. Identify our native fish for data submission to research groups to help monitor the health of our local waters. Water testing and other fun projects will augment the study. No program on 9/25, 10/9. A wonderful opportunity for little gardeners and their accompanying adults to get a bug's-eye-view of the world! Join us as we read stories about the life within our garden beds and then head into the Children’s Garden to water, dig, and admire the plants and flowers all around us!
