At the crossroads of Battery Park City, Waterfront Plaza was designed by lead architect Cesar Pelli with Armajani, an Iranian exile artist, architect, scholar and activist, and Burton, whose creativity was a combination of sculpture, furniture and surrounding open spaces. Hough introduces history, mythology, spirituality, and vivid narratives in his compositions such as Justice Reflected that invites reflection on justice, injustice, hope and humanity.
