Battery Park City Authority offers a flexible community space for rent to host children’s and teen’s birthday parties, private events, business meetings and training seminars, lectures, family gatherings, club meetings, performance rehearsals and other occasions.
This spacious venue (2,000 sq. ft.), is a flexible space with street-level wheelchair accessible access and over 350 square feet of windows that provide natural light and views of Nelson A. Rockefeller Park and the Hudson River.
6 River Terrace can be rented starting at $600, which includes staff members to facilitate your use of the space. Please note that a security deposit and single-day certificate of liability insurance are both required for all rentals. Applications must be received at least one month in advance of the requested rental date. Please see our Policies and Procedures and FAQs for more detail.
