DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the opening of artists Davina Hsu’s Blessing Transmission and Michelle Weinberg’s River Semaphore with a tour of their public artworks. Produced in partnership with ArtBridge*\, the new site-specific imagery covers 1100 feet of construction fence along Battery Place.
