We understand that diverse and inclusive teams build more creative and innovative solutions that further reinforce our values, and we have incorporated inclusion trainings and practices.

Our DEI Team is comprised of 10 employees throughout the organization whose objective is to promote awareness of the diverse backgrounds of the Authority, celebrate authentic differences, and ensure that all employees feel a sense of belonging in the workplace. This is being accomplished through activities such as information sharing; a variety of awareness campaigns; celebratory cultural events; and book, article, and movie recommendations.
