Summer Internship Program

The Summer Internship Program is an engaging and fun 10-week program that prepares students to enter the workforce. Our interns work on key projects, receive valued-added mentorship and guidance, and opportunities to network internally and in some cases with external partners.

This program is designed to give students a glimpse of real-world workplace experiences, while simultaneously learning about Battery Park City Authority’s mission, vision, sustainability practices, and leadership.

We begin accepting applications in February each year the program is offered. The program runs from June to August. Prospective students are encouraged to apply early, as our program is popular and competitive.
