The long-awaited Robert F. Wagner Jr. Park Dedication, attended by the prevailing mayor. The inscription on Wagner’s dedication reads, “The pursuit of happiness requires more than verbal affirmation–it requires decent housing, fair employment and equal opportunities for all our citizens.”
