Battery Park City is an inclusive place for all! We kicked off Pride 2024 with a silent disco dance party in Teardrop Park on the evening of May 31, featuring Gotham Cheer and DJs from QuietEvents who led participants in dances to the hottest beats pumped through light-up headphones.
In keeping with BPCA’s Pride month tradition, we’ve also installed our specially-themed colored lights and benches (below) throughout the neighborhood.
You can also enjoy a seated rainbow installation as part of Reflections on Pride, a monthlong celebration at Brookfield Place’s Portside activation this summer on Waterfront Plaza.
