BPC BLOCK PARTY – Saturday, September 20, 11AM-4PM @ Esplanade Plaza The revived community tradition is back for its second year. Learn how food waste is turned into compost for our garden spaces and even take some home for your plants! Kids can color decorations for the BPC compost bins throughout the parks.
WAGNER PARK SUSTAINABILITY TOUR – Monday, September 22, 4PM @ Wagner Park Join BPCA and sustainability experts from Atelier Ten for a guided walking tour that will reveal the park’s hidden climate-smart features, from storm water systems to cutting-edge building technology. Discover how Wagner Park is shaping a greener, more resilient future—one step at a time.
FAMILY BIRDING – Tuesday, September 23, 11AM @ South Cove Learn the basics of bird watching and the importance of birds to our ecosystem in this fun outing. New birders, lifelong birders, and everyone in between is welcome. Binoculars and field guides provided, or bring your own.
