Details free events for across Battery Park City through April 2026

Battery Park City Authority’s Winter 2025-Spring 2026 Program & Event Guide details a broad range of free programming – including holiday celebrations, STEM education, film, fitness, and more – across Battery Park City from November 2025 through April 2026. The Guide features illustrated program offerings organized by monthly event highlights and by those of interest to adults and seniors, school-aged children, and preschoolers, as well as information about community spaces at 200 Rector Place, 6 River Terrace, the BPC Ball Fields, and discounted membership rates at Battery Park City’s Community Center at Stuyvesant High School. The Guide will also be made available in New York State’s 12 most common non-English languages. Interested individuals can subscribe to BPCA’s mailing list online at bpca.ny.gov/events, by phone at (212) 267-9700, or at any BPCA program or event.

NOIRVEMBER’ FILM SERIES
Each November, movie fans celebrate the hallmark antiheroes, femme fatales, moral complexities, and the stunning black & white cinematography of film noir. Join us for curated film series with lively discussion and free popcorn:

Immigrant Stories is a collection of films that illustrate the American experience as it progresses along the generations.

Help conduct a bioblitz, where professional and citizen scientists work together to identify all the plant and animal specials in a specific area and contribute to building a catalog of Battery Park City’s biodiversity. Using the iNaturalist app, we’ll be taking pictures of pollinators in our gardens. Please meet in front of 6 River Terrace. You’ll be outside in the garden, so dress appropriately.
