Call for Submissions To Run Through April 3; Submit Recommendations Through New Online Portal

Today, Governor Kathy Hochul announced EXPRESS NY, a statewide effort to make government work better by tackling outdated and burdensome state regulations, policies, and practices that stand in the way of delivering for New Yorkers. As part of EXPRESS NY, Governor Hochul is now launching a call for ideas from stakeholders across New York on opportunities to cut red tape and improve government delivery.

Please submit your ideas recommendations using the online portal by April 3, 2026.
