Do you bring your pup(s) to Battery Park City’s dog runs? How are we doing?
BPCA is beginning an effort to upgrade the Kowsky Plaza “Sirius” dog run and the North End Avenue dog run, and is requesting community input to inform that work. We’ll be kicking off the design portion of this project early next year, with a goal of beginning construction next fall.
