NOTICE OF MEETINGS – December 4, 2014

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Members of the Battery Park City Authority (the “Authority”) will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2014, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the offices of the Authority, One World Financial Center, 200 Liberty Street, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10281.

Meeting of the Members of the Authority (9:30 am); and
Meeting of the Directors of the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy (directly after the Meeting of the Members of the Authority).
Meetings are open to the public for observation, but not for direct participation. The press is welcome to attend the meetings.
