Notice is hereby given that the following meetings will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2015, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the offices of the Battery Park City Authority (the “Authority”), 200 Liberty Street, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10281:
• Meeting of the Directors of the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy (the “Conservancy”) (9:30am); and
• Meeting of the Members of the Authority (directly after the Meeting of the Directors of the Conservancy).
Meetings are open to the public for observation, but not for direct participation. The press is welcome to attend the meetings.
