The North/West Battery Park City Construction Advisory Committee (CAC), established in November 2025, consists of local elected officials, New York City and State partner agencies, and representatives from Manhattan Community Board 1, Battery Park City residential and commercial buildings, and local area organizations and schools.
The CAC monitors commitments set forth by BPCA and NWBPCR project team, serves as an ongoing vehicle for information-sharing – bridging the gap between community, BPCA, and the project team – and collaborates with BPCA and the project team to provide recommendations and problem-solve community construction impacts.
