The instructions pertain to purchasers, or their attorneys, sellers, or their attorneys, title companies and any of the respective Building Managers. Please carefully read all documentation to ensure all parties understand what is expected of them in order for a closing to take place successfully. Listed below is the Form Subordination Agreement along with BPCA’s instructions. Please read the instructions carefully. Please note that we require four (4) originals of the Subordination Agreement and that you are responsible for securing signatures from ALL PARTIES (the Board, the Mortgagee and the Unit Owner) at least three (3) business days before closing, except BPCA as we will provide our signatures at closing.
