NOTICE TO EXTEND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT SOUTH BPC RESILIENCY PROJECT

The Battery Park City Authority (BPCA), serving as lead agency, is extending the public comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the South Battery Park City Resiliency Project.

The Public Notice was published in the Environmental Notice Bulletin on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. The public comment period on the DEIS was originally scheduled to end Friday, June 3rd, 2022. BPCA is extending that comment period by 7 days and will now consider comments received through Friday, June 10, 2022.
