BPCA works daily to maintain Battery Park City’s 92 acres in top shape for its residents, businesses, and visitors. To that end, the Authority has recently completed the repainting of all pedestrian crosswalks in the north neighborhood of Battery Park City.
This effort included the crosswalks up and down both River Terrace and North End Avenue, as well as the mid-block crossings on Vesey Street (between Brookfield Place and North End Way) and on Murray Street (between North End Way and the BPC Ball Fields).
Our partners at the New York City Department of Transportation are currently in the process of repainting the crosswalks in the south neighborhood.
Together, we keep Battery Park City the best small town in NYC.
