The Battery Park City Authority is commencing a top to bottom review of Wagner Park (located on Battery Place at the southern tip of Battery Park City) in order to evaluate the site relative to certain specific factors including: resiliency, ease of use, service to the community, aesthetics, functionality, space utilization and environmental sustainability. We are soliciting community input and ideas for this important process, and our selected consultant, Perkins Eastman Architects, has helped us devise the attached survey to make it easy for you to participate and weigh in.
The survey is available at:
https://dandickson.typeform.com/to/JrbYEi
If you would prefer to complete a paper survey, you may request one by calling (212) 417-2000 (local building doormen may also have paper copies available). Surveys should be completed by April 30, 2016. Paper surveys should be delivered to Battery Park City Authority 200 Liberty Street, 24th Floor New York, NY 10281. Attn: Wagner Park Survey). In addition to the survey, community residents will have an opportunity to provide their thoughts and ideas regarding the Wagner Park study at the upcoming BPC Community Meeting on April 13th at 6pm at 6 River Terrace.
We look forward to your participation in this important study.
