Notice is hereby given that the following meeting will take place on Thursday, January 26, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at the offices of the Battery Park City Authority (the “Authority”), 200 Liberty Street, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10281:
- Meeting of the Members of the Authority (9:00 am)
The Meeting is open to the public. The press is welcome to attend the Meeting.
BPCA Board Meeting agendas will be made available at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled meetings, and a public comment period will be scheduled during each Board Meeting at a time on the agenda determined by the Chairman.
Anyone wishing to speak during the public comment period should make a request via email to boardcomment@bpca.ny.gov by no later than 5:30pm on the business day prior to the meeting. Requests should include either the agenda item on which they wish to comment, or a description of the matter(s) on which they wish to comment. Requests may also be sent by U.S. Mail to:
