TUESDAY TALK: LOCAL HONEY

In celebration of Earth Week, join us for a cooking demonstration and talk on the wonders of locally sourced honey. In partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education, a small taste and tips on how to incorporate this natural sweetener into everyday meals will be offered by Chef Ann Ziata . A sample jar of BPC Honey* will be given to participants to try out at home. Click here to RSVP.
