SOUTH END AVENUE / WEST THAMES STREET ASSESSMENT (Updated)

BPCA announced this week that based on its South End Avenue / West Thames Street Assessment to date, as well as public feedback received as part of these efforts, it will not recommend enclosing the architectural arcades along these two corridors. We also announced a joint public meeting with the City’s Department of Transportation (time/date TBD), to continue engaging the community and soliciting  input on BPCA’s ongoing work with DOT to explore various street and pedestrian improvement possibilities.
